This Vintage children's Childrens chair is produced by KIBOFA, likely from the 1950s. 

Details about KIBOFA and the Chair:
Producer: KIBOFA, which stands for "Kinderstoelen en Boxen Fabriek" (Dutch for "kids chairs and boxes factory"). 

Origin: The Netherlands.
