Vintage 60's/70's Tutu Skirt

Vintage Tutu skirt from the 60's/70's. Beautiful off white skirt with elastic waistband, three layers of tule and fully lined. The bottom has some small damage, but it's not very noticeable.

Measurements: Size: 38/40

Waist: 32cm to 42cm, Length of Skirt: 69cm
