The "DSW" designation stands for "Dining Height Side Chair Wood Base," characterized by its molded shell seat and "Eiffel" style wooden legs with metal cross-strutting. 

Designers: No brand name on the chair  .

Materials: Modern versions are typically made of polypropylene (plastic) or recycled plastic, while original vintage models used fiberglass.

Base: Features a wooden dowel base (often maple, ash, or stained wood) with black powder-coated steel wire cross-bracing.
